Since there is no duplication in primary keywords on the freemalls system,
You are REQUIRED to LINK your freemalls site on the internet in order to keep your mall site activated.
Failing to link your freemalls site on the interent in several places may result in your freemall web site being deleted and your
keyword phrase being reassigned to another member who will link the site appropriately.
The information provided on all Majon
and related domains is "as is" with all
faults and without warranty or guarantees of any kind,
expressed or implied, including those of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from
a course of dealing, usage or trade practice.
Majon International makes no warranties
or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness
or the validity of any of the information contained
anywhere in any of our online servers, malls, web
sites and domains, including those domain names controlled
by others and referenced by or housed on our serving equipment or housed
on third party internet web servers. In no event shall Majon International
be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential
damages, lost profits, lost advertising or any indirect
damages even if Majon International has been informed
of the possibility thereof. Liability in any case
shall not exceed the cost of any particular product
or service offered by Majon International. Furthermore,
all users are informed that they accept their own
risk of loss of information and/or business due to
power outages, equipment failures, malicious intrusions,
and accidental deletions. Majon International maintains
every effort to provide a high level of service so
that such occurrences do not happen, however there
are no guarantees (implied or expressed) that such
incidents won't ever happen. Insofar as Freemalls.com & Mallking.com are
concerned, Majon members are only permitted to have & maintain ONE and only ONE "active" freemalls profile account per
household. In the event that through our efforts it is discovered that any household has activated more than one www.freemalls.com account, ALL of your various freemalls web sites will be REMOVED from
your account & control. Such removed Freemall web sites may be reallocated to other Freemalls.com affiliates in any manner that
Majon International sees fit. This REMOVAL will be WITHOUT NOTICE & WITHOUT RECOURSE by the member and all Majon affiliate
commissions will be officially forfeit by that said member. Affiliate Sales Commissions:
If, as a result of a direct advertising effort of the Affiliate, a referred customer of the Affiliate orders and pays for the Product or other goods or services sold by Majon International, LLC. in the future, Majon International, LLC. shall pay the Affiliate a sales commission determined in accordance with the Affiliate Compensation Schedule which is available at http://www.majon.com/affiliate-commissions and in the Majon Member's Area. The commission is based upon the paid selling price of the purchased and excluding refunds or returns ("Sales Commission"). Commissions will not be given on items purchased using discount or promotional codes.
The purchase price of qualifying sales will count toward the total sales during the calendar month in which such sales are made. Only qualifying sales of the Product, to a customer and for which Majon International, LLC. has received full payment will qualify for the specified referral fee. Any refunds or returns that are issued to a customer will in turn be removed from the Affiliate's commissions.
The total of such sales in any given month will generate commissions, based upon the following schedule:

Mall Link, Blog Marketing, Article Marketing, Web Directory Submission, Quick Link Pro, Web Page Optimization, Targeted Email Marketing / Local Email Marketing, Safe Announce,
Social Advertising, Social Bookmarking, Advanced Press Release, Click Exposure, Banner Advertising, Web Traffic Builder Pack I, Website Promotion Pack II, Search Engine Marketing Pack III
Majon International, LLC. sends out Commission checks, between the 2nd and 3rd weeks of every month, on all sales made between the first and last day of two months prior.
Amounts less than $25 will be held until the next calendar month in which the cumulative referral fee due exceeds $25, or until this agreement is canceled.
Participant can check the status of commissions earned at any time by visiting the Majon Member's Area.
Commissions are not paid on promotional orders or discounted services.
Any refunds issued on orders using your affiliate number will be deducted at total service price from your commissions.
Any additional, bonus, or complimentary services provided to commissionable orders will be deducted at full service price from your commissions.
Modification and Cancellation:
Majon International, LLC. reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions in this agreement, at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting said new terms in the Majon Member's Area. Said modifications shall be deemed accepted by participant.
Term and Termination:
The term of this Agreement will begin when you accept and will end when terminated by either party. Either Majon International, LLC. or you may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, commissions due will be paid in the same manner as stated above but no commissions recorded past the termination date will be paid.
